Courtyard by Marriott

The Coatesville Courtyard by Marriott is a new 125-room, four-story, Marriott hotel designed with an exterior primarily consisting of EIFS cladding. The hotel is the first in the Delaware Valley to feature Marriott’s new Courtyard makeovers which feature an open, bright, and contemporary new design, incorporating 1,100 sf of meeting space.

420 Delaware Drive & 335 Commerce Drive

410 Delaware Drive and 335 Commerce Drive are three-story Class A Office Buildings composed of metal decking, concrete floors, and cladded with pre-cast concrete panels and continuous strip windows. Both buildings were experiencing water infiltration at multiple locations.

18 Tremont Street

Constructed in 1902, the 18 Tremont building consists of 12 floors and is located in downtown Boston. With the exception of the First Floor, the plan is a U-shape with a center courtyard open to the South. TBS was engaged by the owner to provide an exterior building assessment on the entire building.

2.0 University Place

2.0 University Place is a brick, steel and glass office building being constructed in the University City neighborhood of Philadelphia. The 5-story, Class A structure earned Philadelphia’s first Platinum Pre-Certification rating from the U. S. Green Building Council’s LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) program — the highest standard for environmentally sustainable construction.
