Siemens Medical Data Center Electrical Room Building Expansion
tbs Services, Inc. TBS provided Design Development, Construction Documentation, Bid/Award and Construction Contract Administration Phase services for the design and construction of the Siemens Medical Data Center building expansion for new Electrical Rooms.
Kent County Family Courthouse
TBS Services was engaged to identify and document the miscellaneous exterior repairs to address the deficiencies contributing to the ongoing water infiltration being experienced, and to provide envelope consultancy to Becker Morgan Group for the Kent County Family Courthouse.
Joseph R. Biden Jr. Amtrak Railroad Station
tbs Services, Inc provided Building Envelope Consultancy for the renovation and restoration of this historically significant Amtrak station, which remained in continual use throughout the project.
Hotel Indigo
The West Chester Hotel Indigo is a 118 room 6-story boutique hotel located in the heart of West Chester. The property features a meeting space as well as a restaurant-bar operated by the Big Fish Restaurant Group.
New Jersey Health + Life Sciences Exchange (HELIX NJ) H-1 Phase
The HELIX NJ project is rising in downtown New Brunswick, adjacent to the Amtrak station, and Rutgers University. The project represents New Jersey’s largest single investment in life sciences and medical education, paving the way for a new global innovation district.
Gateway Head Start Early Education Center
The Early Education Center was constructed to provide affordable daycare and educational services for children between the ages of 6 months and 5 years old. Hurricane Sandy had severely damaged four of the centers in the area, displacing almost 200 students who attended these locations.
FMC Tower
The FMC Tower is a 49-story mixed-use building, located in Philadelphia, PA includes 622,000 square feet of office space, 268 residential units and suites and 10,000 square feet of retail. The complex was designed to LEED Gold standards.
East Campus Utility Plant (ECUP) University of Delaware
For the University of Delaware’s new East Campus Utility Plant (ECUP), TBS Services was engaged to provide exterior envelope consultancy to Ayers Saint Gross Architects.
Delaware Stadium – East & West Stands
Delaware Stadium is a 22,000-seat multi-purpose stadium for the University of Delaware. The stadium configuration has precast concrete Grandstands on the east and west sides, with the Press Box on the top of the West Grandstand, and permanent metal bleachers on the north and south End Zones.
