TBS Services performed an investigation of the exterior components including diagnostic water testing and existing window forensics. TBS provided the client with an outline of all deficiencies discovered, as well as preliminary recommendations to remediate the buildings’ exterior deficiencies.

The remedial work was documented by TBS, which included working drawings and applicable technical specifications for use in the performance of the required construction work.

TBS assisted in the Bid and Award Phase of the projects and continued to support Somerset Properties with involvement through the Construction Contract Administration Phases. CCA Phases included review of contractor shop drawings and submittals, and performance of site visits throughout the progress of the work to determine that the work was being performed in accordance with the construction documentation.
