TBS Services was engaged to identify and document the miscellaneous exterior repairs to address the deficiencies contributing to the ongoing water infiltration being experienced, and to provide envelope consultancy to Becker Morgan Group for the Kent County Family Courthouse.
The facility includes two floors containing offices, courtrooms, and meeting rooms. TBS provided an exterior assessment with report, forensic investigation, as well as design, documentation, and construction administration for the miscellaneous exterior repairs at the exterior walls and windows.
