Wellbeing Center at Warner Hall University of Delaware
Previously a residence hall, Warner Hall was fully renovated to take on a new role as a hub for student mental health and wellness services. The Warner Hall building is a three-story structure with a full basement in total of 26,330- square-feet.
Villiger Residence Hall St. Joseph’s University
Housing 415 co-ed students, the six-story Villiger Hall includes study lounges, instructional spaces, social lounges, laundry facilities, kitchens, and a fitness center. The dormitory’s scale and exterior materials were designed to be in keeping with the traditional style of St. Joseph’s campus.
Villanova University School of Law
The new Law School building at Villanova University features state-of-the-art classrooms and office facilities. Having been designed and built according to US Green Building Council standards, the project earned a LEED Gold Certification. The project team worked closely from the early design phase to ensure the project was focused on sustainability.
Driscoll Hall Villanova University College of Nursing
Driscoll Hall, the College of Nursing’s new facility, replaced the former school of nursing, and was Villanova’s first LEED-designed building, earning the Gold certification.
University of Pennsylvania New Student Performing Arts Center
Designed by New-York-based, internationally renowned Steven Holl Architects, The University’s new Student Performing Arts Center will be constructed along Woodland Walk and 33rd Street, providing multiple spaces for teaching, rehearsals, and student performances.

Triad Building Rowan University
In conjunction with an interior renovation/refurbishment project with AP3C Architects, Rowan University expanded the original scope of the project to include an investigation and subsequent documentation of the exterior envelope of the building.

tbs Services, Inc. assisted Toll Brothers Commercial with a due diligence study by performing a complete exterior assessment at all buildings at 22555 Leanne Terrace, known as The Residences at Moorefield Village.

The Chapin School, an independent non-profit all-girls’ school serves 770 students in kindergarten through 12th grade on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
