Designed by New-York-based, internationally renowned Steven Holl Architects, The University’s new Student Performing Arts Center will be constructed along Woodland Walk and 33rd Street, providing multiple spaces for teaching, rehearsals, and student performances.

The design includes a 300-seat proscenium theater, a 125-seat studio theater with flexible performance and rehearsal capabilities, five rehearsal studios, support spaces, and a loading dock. The center will target LEED silver
certification. TBS Services is providing Building Envelope Commissioning Services.
