Previously a residence hall, Warner Hall was fully renovated to take on a new role as a hub for student mental health and wellness services. The Warner Hall building is a three-story structure with a full basement in total of 26,330- square-feet.

Its interior was revised to accommodate office facilities for the Student Wellness, Center for Counseling/ Student Development, and Student Health Services.

The project encompasses a full renovation including all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and telecommunications systems, window replacements and envelope upgrades for energy efficiency, and the addition of a new elevator to connect all three stories and the basement. Special consideration was given for preserving the historic core of the building for use as meeting spaces and common rooms.

TBS Services Inc. participated in the documentation review and construction phase review as it obtained to the building enclosure.
