O’Neill Properties procured the services of TBS to review and provide comment on the Design Development and 100% Construction Documents, Drawings and Specifications, as they relate to the architectural components of the building enclosure system.

TBS also provided Construction Phase Services, which included site visits, field reports, and a comprehensive window water testing protocol throughout the construction process.

TBS worked in concert with the owner, prime architect (Niles Bolton), and general contractor, to ensure the integrity of the architectural exterior systems, such as below-grade waterproofing, wall systems with exterior insulation & finish systems (EIFS), cementitious siding, brick masonry cladding, windows, weather resistive barriers, air & vapor barriers, flashings, and roofing.
