As part of a campus-wide renewal, The Evergreens, in Moorestown, NJ, engaged TBS, together with KDA, for expansion and renovations of several buildings throughout the campus.
To that end, our primary contribution to this project was the roof replacement and miscellaneous exterior masonry repairs at the Independent Living Units (ILU) Building.
The ILU flat/low slope roof is approximately 70,000 sq. ft., and the mansard roofing area of the building is approximately 20,000 sq. ft.
TBS worked with The Evergreens to design, document, and perform Construction Contract Administration services for the new roofing systems. We provided The Evergreens with a new 20-year warranted TPO membrane on the low-slope roofs, and 20-year warranted architectural asphalt shingles on the mansard roofs.
