The synagogue is located in the vibrant North Broad Street corridor of Philadelphia.

TBS Services, Inc. in conjunction with Keystone Preservation Group (KPG), performed an in-depth evaluation, including forensic demolition and testing of existing materials, at the exterior building components, which included the masonry parapet walls and copings, roof systems, and vertical masonry walls. The purpose of this evaluation was to identify existing deficiencies which were contributing to ongoing water infiltration problems. TBS and KPG coordinated with the Historical Commission to implement the design and documentation for the necessary remedial, repair, and restoration work associated with the identified deficiencies, into a multi-phased project. We provided construction contract administration services throughout the execution work during the recently completed Phase I.
