TBS also examined the conditions of the existing rising vertical walls above the roofs’ surfaces, and associated system components directly adjacent to the existing roof. A report outlining the findings and preliminary recommendations for the amelioration of found deficiencies was provided to the School District.

TBS was then retained to document the roof removal and replacement of 10 separate roofs. Also provided by TBS was oversight of the bidding and award process, and support to the Borough with Construction Contract Administration Phase Services for the removal and replacement of the existing roofing systems, together with the miscellaneous exterior repairs that were performed to date on six of the roofs constituting four phases.
