Riverside Presbyterian Apartments is an 11-story mid-rise building located at 23rd and Race Streets in Philadelphia. Constructed in 1978, the building contains 151 apartments. The exterior skin of the building consists of aggregate pre-cast panels, round fluted block, and aluminum windows.
TBS Services was engaged by Presby to investigate the existing exterior precast concrete panel cladding and ongoing water infiltration issues; recommend solutions; and provide design, bidding and construction administration services for the re-cladding of the exterior walls with exterior insulation finish system (EIFS). The project also included window replacements.
