Two Caesar Rodney School District Middle Schools, Postlethwait and Fifer, were experiencing water infiltration at various locations throughout the buildings, both below the existing standing seam roof system, and below the perimeter of the existing EPDM Roof system at the First and Second Floors.
Tetra Tech engaged TBS Services to investigate the existing conditions contributing to the leaks, and to develop a scope of work necessary to correct the deficiencies in coordination with the documentation being prepared by Tetra Tech to replace the existing EPDM roof system of both schools during the Summer of 2017.
