TBS Services is supporting Toll Brother Apartment Living and Barton Partners (Architect of Record) with Exterior Enclosure Consulting services including a technical review of the drawings and specifications, jobsite testing for air and water resistance, enclosure component submittal review, and periodic jobsite visits.
