Moriarty Hall is a cottage-style dormitory building along Route 30/Lancaster Avenue on the campus of Villanova University. The building is 3 stories and is undergoing a complete window replacement.
Villanova employed TBS to survey the building and its more than 30 windows, provide biddable drawings and specifications, and perform Construction Contract Administration to assist the contractor in assuring that the project is completed on time and that the work is being completed in accordance with the drawings for replacement of the windows.
TBS worked directly with the contractor and the window manufacturer to provide a window mock up unit that was reviewed with the University for aesthetics prior to install of any other windows.
In addition to the window replacement, security screens were installed at all first floor (ground floor) windows.
