The project, consisting of 5 interconnected buildings was constructed in various phases from 2015 through 2019.
TBS Services assisted the Owner, Architect and various Construction Managers for two phases with a pre-construction technical review to identify apparent issues in the building enclosure systems that may create difficulty during construction or during the operation and maintenance of the facility. During construction TBS assisted the construction team with reviewing submittals for enclosure systems and provided some site visits to review the progress of the exterior enclosure systems.
