TBS Services provided contract document and specification review, enclosure component submittal review, and periodic jobsite visits, with jobsite testing provided as an additional alternate scope. TBS Reviewed contractor shop drawings and submittals as they relate to the building enclosure and conducted twenty-six site visits to keep informed about the progress of the work as it relates to the building enclosure to determine, in general, that the work is being performed in accordance with the construction documentation.
