When completed, the new Jack and Sheryl Morris Cancer Center will be a state-of-the-art, freestanding cancer hospital featuring outpatient and inpatient capacity coupled with research laboratories, retail space and ancillary services devoted to patient wellness and will be a first of its kind in New Jersey.
TBS Services, Inc., as the building envelope commissioning authority, verified the commissioned systems, materials, and assemblies met the performance and operational requirements in accordance with the owner’s project requirements, the basis of design, and the construction documents.
TBS Services also oversaw and coordinated the traditionally separate functions of envelope design, assembly fabrication review, monitoring, inspection and testing; system construction and performance verification; system handover documentation, facilities operations, and maintenance training.
