The goal for TBS Services, Inc. at Graham Hall Roof was to survey, design and document the replacement of the existing ballasted EPDM roofing system.
The project included replacement of the roofing with a new TPO single-ply membrane system. The scope of the professional services included performing a survey of the existing conditions of all the roof systems, as well as examining the conditions of the existing masonry and associated system components directly adjacent to the existing roofs.
