Constructed in 1948, The General Services Building was formerly a factory building, acquired by the University in 1964.  The facility currently houses support functions of the University including Procurement, Publications, Graphic Communications Center, and Campus Delivery

Our proposal was for the professional services required to survey, design and document the removal of the existing EPDM membrane roof system, the installation of a new built-up modified bitumen membrane system, the removal of the existing clerestory windows, removal of existing glass block and replacement with new aluminum windows, and miscellaneous repairs and remedial work at the exterior vertical walls around the building.
