TBS Services was engaged for the Building Envelope Commissioning process to verify the commissioned systems, materials, and assemblies meet the performance and operational requirements in accordance with the owner’s project requirements, the basis of design, and the construction documents.

As the Building Envelope Commissioning Authority, we oversee and coordinate the traditionally separate functions of envelope design, assembly fabrication review, monitoring, inspection and testing; system construction and performance verification; system handover documentation, facilities operations, and maintenance training.
