Commonwealth Centre at Westfields is a 101-acre, fully integrated, mixed-use development site in the Washington DC suburbs. The site is approved for the development of more than 1 million square feet of office space and 340,000 square feet of hotel and retail space.
For the project, TBS Services provided technical review of design and construction documentation relating to the building envelope, shop drawing review, site observation during construction, and field report preparation.
The entire development is being designed to meet the LEED requirements of the US Green Building Council’s Multiple Buildings and On-Campus Building Projects guide.
This $500 million project functions as a corporate destination with office buildings, on-site restaurants, service, retail, hotel and dining.
