TBS Services was contracted to provide Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentations and Construction Contract Administration for the Cooper Street Gateway project at Rutger Camden.
The Cooper Street Gateway Project will transform 14 vacant properties and several empty lots along the 400 block of Cooper and Lawrence streets in Camden, NJ. The homes on Lawrence Street will be renovated into offices and guest accommodation for visiting faculty. The project will preserve the architecture of vacant, historic properties. Construction is expected to be completed by early spring 2026.
