All units will feature what the developer calls “resort-style” amenities and services such as housekeeping, personal linen and laundry services and dining. Also available are pet-friendly accommodations.

Other community amenities include gathering spaces, a beauty salon and nail spa, as well as on-site therapy and rehabilitation. Concierge and scheduled transportation services will also be available for off-site activities and appointments.

TBS Services assisted the Owner, Architect and Construction Manager with a pre-construction technical review to identify apparent issues in the building enclosure systems that may create difficulty during construction or during the operation and maintenance of the facility. During construction TBS provided some site visits to review the progress of the exterior enclosure systems.
