TBS reviewed the architectural portion of the Martin Architectural Group construction drawings and specifications as they relate to the building envelope. These components include exterior foundation waterproofing & drainage, exterior façade masonry veneer and cladding systems, air and weatherproof barrier systems, expansion joint systems, sheet metal flashing and trim, joint sealant, windows and storefront glazing, and low-slope membrane roofing systems.
